She completed her ophthalmology residency and a cornea fellowship at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, was a research fellow in cornea and refractive surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute (Johns Hopkins) from 1994 to 1997, and — after a second ophthalmology residency at Texas Tech University — completed a clinical cornea and refractive fellowship at the Doheny Eye Institute (USC). Dr. Tuli provides comprehensive eye care and advanced surgery — including cataract surgery, corneal transplants (PKP and DSEK), glaucoma care from drops through laser (YAG PI, SLT) and iStent MIGS, LASIK and PRK, refractive lens exchange, dry eye management, and in-office eyelid procedures such as chalazion and papilloma removal. Blepharoplasty is evaluated in-office and referred to a trusted oculoplastic surgeon.
